Welcome to the Connect Thinking weblog. The intention of this collaboration space is to explore questions and ‘pain points’ surroundng the design, implementation and evaluation of technology-enabled learning solutions. In particular, it is hoped that the optimal conditions required for organisational knowledge networks to flourish can be further dymystified.
It’s important I remain “real” to the issues and conditions facing adult learning and education practitioners, organisational strategists and decision-makers, information technology experts and employees as learners alike. And so, I humbly ask you who are connected to this subject, to help me remain real. As I pose my perceptions, judgements and conclusions onto this site over the next 4-6 years of my doctoral research, please challenge me. Question my thinking.
