Developing my research focus:
Business leaders agree in principle that collaboration technologies will enable new and important business processes, but:
1. What is meaningful collaboration (& meaningful to whom?)
2. What could online collaboration processes look like insitu of workflow?
3. How could these be successfully integrated into business?
4. What are the variables?
5. What are the business returns?
Overall qu: What are the possibilities of meaningful online collaboration in organisations – from a business outcome & learning perspective?
